Quickly identify the behaviors holding your team back, and what to do next
Section 1 of 30%
Welcome back
You were partway through your Scorecard. We saved your answers on this device, so you can pick up where you left off.
Before you start: what a 5 actually means
Most self-assessments get answered too kindly. This one only works if you rate your team the way it actually is, not the way you would like it to be.
5
The best you've ever seen. The rare kind of excellence you'd struggle to name three examples of in your whole career. Very few 5s should ever go out.
1
Genuinely the worst you've seen, not just "not great." The opposite end, no cushioning.
Most honest answers land in the middle. If you're handing out mostly 4s and 5s, you're not rating your team. You're being polite to yourself. Your results are only as useful as your honesty here.
Section 1: Behavior & Leadership Practices
What this section shows you
How your team actually operates day to day, not how you would describe it in a pitch.
Where decisions really get made, and by whom.
Whether disagreement happens out loud or gets swallowed.
How much of your week goes to meetings that do not move anything.
Section 2: Outcome, Obstacles & Fit
What this section shows you
What you are actually trying to fix, and what has already been tried.
The outcome you want, in your own words, not a generic goal.
What has already failed, so we do not recommend it back to you.
What kind of help would actually fit how you work.
Section 3: About You & Your Company
What this section shows you
A few details that make your results specific to your business, not a generic leadership checklist.
Your scale and structure, so the recommendations match your reality.
Nothing here is shared with your team or anyone else. See the note at the start.
